Refund and Return Policy

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every jewellery piece. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we request you to inform us within 48 hours of delivery. Returns are accepted only for unused products in their original packaging, along with the invoice and authentication card (if applicable). For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and customized or engraved jewellery pieces are non-returnable. All return requests are subject to inspection before approval.


Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 30 working days. In the case of exchanges, shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect dispatch. Please note that slight variations in color, finish, or design, as seen online versus in person, are natural for handcrafted jewellery and are not considered valid reasons for a refund.
